Au Chœur des Dames are a female vocal group created with singers combining wide-ranging experience with choirs (for some) and solo careers (for others). Theirs is a vocal repertoire of multiples, of testimony and of tradition, also backed by creativity and improvisation to cover a full range of music, from the profane to the religious, from the light-hearted to the serious, from the simplest form of expression to the most lyrical.
Au Chœur des Dames are a group of seven women who vary timbre and rhythm geared to their own personalities to offer each audience an ethnological vocal journey on the roads to fantasy and emotion. Polyphonic songs from here, there and everywhere: Sweden, Hungary, South Africa, the Basque Country, Argentina and Cuba…
